Deliverables

Usability problems were transformed into evidence-based design improvements by applying display and control principles. High-impact issues were prioritized via a matrix and mapped to specific design goals with measurable success criteria. Research-led concept development involved "How Might We" statements and rapid ideation to reduce cognitive load. An interactive Figma prototype of 10–15 screens was built to demonstrate redesigned task flows, which were then validated through heuristic evaluation to compare the new interface against original findings.
