FruitSense

FruitSense is a non-invasive fruit ripeness detector that uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to read the internal water state of a fruit no cutting, no guessing. It translates the fruit's response into a simple stage indicator: raw, ripe, or discard. Built from a personal need to stop wasting fruits grown and sent by hand by my grandparents, it turns care into technology.
